I bought a sofa from the RoomStore and before the year was up on my warente there was a mark on the sofa that the the leather protection co would not even look at it said that it had to be a manufactures defect, I have a letter from the office manager stating that I was in the store and called before the year was up and now customer service has no record of the phone call only the last call that was 7 days after the warente was up. All I ever wanted was for someone to come and look at the mystery mark on my sofa! Still left with out any solutions! Very Bad customer service they are liars they don't care what even there own people that work for them think.
