I am of the school that "the customer is always right". This is not the policy of The RoomStore. They schedule deliveries and then cancel because of one thing or another and blame another department which is, per the store management, not a part of The RoomStore corporation. They would be much better thought of if they would list all rules and regulations from all departments when they sell the furniture to a customer. I should have listened to other former customers before I purchased my sofa which I still do not have and don't know when I will get it. Tomorrow, I call corporate for the second time. Be sure and tell your friends and family, like I am doing, "don't buy from The RoomStore, they try to fleece the customer."
