I would like to say that, although I am a former employee of the roomstore, I agree with all of the complaints that I found on this site. Not only did the Roomstore rip off customers by not having any sort of return policy, it consistently delivered damaged furniture. I can actually tell you why this happens constantly. The Roomstore does not employ the drivers, they contract out. That means that the driver doesn't have to worry about the condition of the furniture, they just have to deliver it, tell the customer to call the store and yell at the office staff, and get out. Also, HRS USA (the credit company the Roomstore uses) is a joke. I am ashamed to have worked there - the practices of the Roomstore are not customer friendly.
