We purchased leather furniture living room set and a mattress from the Roomstore recently. We spent over $5,400 at the Room sore on that day alone. The sofa recliner we bought was scraping and tearing the leather on a visual surface every time it is reclined and back up. The person that came out to review the furniture said to us that it is a known manufacturing defect with the frame mechanism, and that they would try to repair it or replace it. The Roomstore Customer Service picked up the furniture back for repair. They did not repair the frame, they did a horrible job of patching the torn leather and returned the sofa back to us. We refused the furniture, and now we have not heard back from them in two weeks. The manager Tim would not return my calls, and in the meantime we are sitting on the floor after spending thousands of dollars on a new set of furniture.
What a horrible way to do business. When I call customer service, the girls that answer the phone are very short and rude.
