I purchased this sofa because the sales lady told me that it was on sale and it was $500 off and the sale was ending before I close on my house. She gave me the measurement of the sofa. When I picked it up and took it home it does not fit at all because her measurements were wrong. I called the store and they said there was nothing they could do I called corporate and they said there was nothing they could do. I have purchased over $5000 from the store in a three-year. I cannot believe that they would treat a loyal customer this way they have shown me they don't care about customer service. I would have even paid a restock fee. I now have this sofa sitting in the middle of my living room into pieces because it's too large to fit in there and I can't put another sofa in there because I don't have anything I can do with this one. Why would you treat your customer this way I called them the same day that I picked it up and told them about this problem. Their store manager just blew me off I had to call corporate. The first person I spoke to at corporate told me she would get back to me it took three days I never heard from them so I called again There was no record of my first call yet again it shows they care nothing about their customer service.
