They scheduled appointment for 7/20, and called me to cancel and rescheduled it for 7/21&between 8 and 12 PM NO ONE SHOWED— NO PHONE CALL FROM THEM!
I amde FOUR phone calls to Sears Repair Service&all to no avail. NO ONE cared that I sat here for FIVE HOURS, waiting for repair man! Your people cared LESS.
Will get a local repair man, and will ALSO cancel my order for a KENMORE refrigerator. What good is your product if you cannot service them???
