I've had my $550 Kenmore dishwasher for a year and a half, and it will not work. Sears repair department refuses to stand behind the parts, even though I am willing to pay for service. The repairs will cost $300 and they will not even guarantee that this will fix it. My previous dishwasher lasted 15 years. I will have to tell all my friends not to buy appliances from Sears.
