This company and its represenitives re-negotiated a lease of a property owned by one of the agents under false pretences that the property was in default. Renter has been paying rent payment in accordence to lease contract and property in foreclosure. Which means the owner of the property has been pocketing the entire rent payment and not forwarding it on to mortgage company. Property is now in default sent to trustee sale and renter is left with no option of recourse.
These people are misleading and re-negotiated a lease knowing that the mortgage was in default just to pocket the money. Shame on you!
