We started renting from this person and within 6 months into a 3 year rental agreement we were told to purchase the property which we did not do and then a land installment agreement was filled out and signed by both parties and was canceled and within the following year a purchaseagreement was made and signed and monies in the amount of 13, ooo dollars was given to the seller and payments were still being made as rent that the seller was suspose to be giving to the bank for a mortgage seller had on this rental property however he kept the money and home was in forclosure We as renters pulled it out of foreclosure in the amount of 12,000 dollars and seller signed property over to us with a claus that we were to pay directly to the bank which was also and is still Deed of Trust on the property and mortgage loan is still in sellers name our name as property owner on warrenty dead Then there was property damage and the insurance was through a escrow account in the mortgage payment we have been making straight to the bank and seller kept 23,000 dollars of property money and advised us we now have 30 days to get out
