Brian and Heather Humecky broke their lease/purchase contract with only one days notice and left the house and property severely damaged. They have refused to pay the rent owed and have refused to pay for the repairs. They have also not provided me with a forwarding address and phone number as stipulated in the contract.
As of today, March 11, they owe $4600 in rent, $2200 in repairs and $200 in court fees, for a grand total of $7000!
