I had a signed lease from March 15-March 31. Around March 27th the new tenant moved into the property. My March rent was paid in full. I was not notified of this until I went to the house and found furniture in it that was not mine. The property management company rented the until as of April 1 but allowed the tenants to move in early as I had already taken my belongings out. They had no right to do this as I had legal possession of place until March 31 until 11:59 PM. The property manager said oh okay, I would give you your security deposit of $600 back along with a check for March rent. This did not happen. I received a check for $572. That is $600 deposit less an unknown fee of $28. Also, I did not receive a check for March rent and they breached the lease.
Also, in September they misapplied my rent paid on 9/3/08 so on 9/5/08 had a forcible detailer put on me for not paying rent. They apologized with e-mails and waived the late fees however made me pay attorney fees of $371 in full...
They are unethical and violate your right!
