Home Depot and All Countertops have failed to complete installation of granite countertops that I completely paid for in October. I've been without a kitchen sink and use of my kitchen since October (over three months). They continually reschedule completion, and then cancel for various reasons.
I went to Home Depot because I thought I could do "one-stop" shopping. I made a huge mistake. They don't care about managing or ensuring the work and services of companies that they contract to.
All Countertops is the biggest joke of all. They claim to have no control and no responsibility over their ordering, delivery or installation.
I currently have granite installed in half of my kitchen. The other half is unusable. I have no kitchen sink and have not for over three months. Because of the inability to use a sink, we have had to eat out since October. There is no way to clean-up or do dishes.
When I call to try and resolve this, Home Depot just transfers me around with no one taking responsibility; All Countertops just continues to lie to me in order to continually delay and stall.
