We ordered laminate countertops from the Christiansburg, VA Lowe's and everything was wrong: the countertops were warped, the backsplashes weren't on a 180 degree angle, many of the lengths were off, and one didn't have a backsplash. The reorder of one came in wrong again—cut too short AND for the 2nd time without a backsplash. The whole experience ruined our pleasure in our new kitchen.
