I am a interior designer from Wichita, KS. I specified granite countertops for a client in Scottsdale, AZ from the Scottsdale Home Depot. The Granite had been broken by the fabricator Stone Systems of Arizona and concealed prior to installation. Well it cracked, imagine that! Now HOME DEPOT CORPORATE is telling my client, a single mother who works so hard for every improvement. They will TRY to match the other two pieces of granite but if not, she will have to TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. Unless you call 1- 800- GOD there is no way of matching the existing stone. If Home Depot does not step up to the plate and replace the small amount of granite it has to match. I will never have another client place an order with Home Depot. I will require all items needed to be purchased with Lowe's. The TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT ATTITUDE is very disappointing.
