I had cabinets installed and needed new countertops. I decided on home depot over marble.com because of the convenience of their credit card. I was told by 2 designers that from the time I purchased countertops to the time it would be installed would be 2-3 weeks. It will be 3 weeks tomorrow and still nobody has been out for even the measurements. Now I am looking at a total time of 5-7weeks!!! This is a Huge inconvenience with having cardboard countertops and half a sink while waiting for them. If I was told this before hand I would have definetly gone with Marble.com... installed in 1 week! After calling to complain they told me they have to wait for other oders in the area... Unbelievable. Never Again, nor would I recommend installation to anybody!
