In August I ordered replacement cushions for my couch.
I placed my order over the phone, was given an order # and told I could send a check instead of using my credit card. The check was cashed and I have yet to receive my order.
After a few calls, I received a recorded message on my voice mail that the cushions were backordered and I could expect them in 6 weeks. That was back in November.
Calls made to the business office number are only answered by machine. It is now impossible to get a response to any detailed messages left.
This company's website is listed on Google as CrateFurniture.com... A sponsored link. Seems the owner is paying his bill to Google, to keep the website up as a sponsored link, only to prey on potential customers. Criminal.
Wish I had seen this complaint website before I ordered.
