HomeCenter.com has got the toughest customer support I Have ever experienced. I buy into the remark above, insufficient skilled company conduct is surprising and annoying. NOBODY may contact you back or create you back when you have an issue. I purchased a Grohe Device Cut, they stated they'll deliver it to Puerto Rico thru USPS without any Delivery price, following a month of not getting something I observed my banking account was effectively debited, not just from the value of the component but along with a UPS delivery charge. Anyways the purchase hasn't appeared. I've sent this individual [email protected] but he/she never responds, I've named twice to customer support plus they simply do not wish to cope with the issue plus they claim they delivered it towards the P.O. CONTAINER that we examine each day, and also the P.O. CONTAINER delivered it! Though they've no USPS probe they did, or a airwaybill or following number.
DON'T BUY FROM HOMECENTER.com customer support is horrible, they'll not assist you to resolve any issue!
