Cashed my check and sent me nothing! Won't respond to telephone calls

On 1/16 I ordered replacement couch and chair cushions and covers for my Cargo furniture. I ordered over the telephone after leaving at least two messages on the order line. A woman called me back and took my order. Said I would receive a 5% discount, since I had already ordered swatches. Said they would waive shipping, if I paid cash. So I sent them a check for $1090.60, which they cashed and I have yet to see my cushions and covers.

Good luck trying to get a hold of them. They do not respond to my messages on either their order line or their check order status line. I have left several messages in the last week or so.

I have read other similar reports and I fear I will never see my money again.

Have filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General for the State of Virginia. Hopefully these guys will be called on the carpet and forced to return my money.

Do NOT do business with these folks! They take your money and run!
