I ordered 4 replacement cushions and covers on Sept 12 was told the cushions would arrive by Oct 8. Two weeks after the cushions did not arrive I called asking for an update on the status of the order (it had been charged on my credit card the day of the order request, red flag). I was told, by voice mail response (red flag), my order was being processed and it would be shipped within 4 weeks. After the order did not arrive, I called again and was told it would be shipped within 4 weeks (recorded voice mail response again). The first week of December I called and asked that the order be cancelled and the charge credited to my credit card account. I recieved a recorded message that my order was cancelled and the account would be credited. Two weeks later I called again asking to be credited and recieved the same recorded message stating my account would be credited. My account has not been credited and I am unable to contact CrateFurniture to resolve.
