On April 6th I placed an order for replacement cushions with cratefurniture.com. I was informed 8 weeks later that my order had not even been started and could not be shipped at least until July 31. I cancelled the order on June 18. The customer service representative, Julie Wells, assured me that I would see a credit refund on my credit card within 7 to 10 business days. This has not happened.
It is now July 9. After reading a similar complaint against this company from a lady in Oakland, CA, I am not optimistic that I will see a refund.
It appears that this company does most of its business online; therefore it can not afford to have negative publicity posted on the web. Hopefully, 'cratefurniture' will see the complaints and will address our grievances before other action is taken.
