We have been doing the Carpet Cleaning and Cleaning the empty units @ this Facility since 4 and we do over $2000 a month plus buy supplies for all cleaning and every month they only send us a check for around $200 or at the most $400 dollars, by the time we recieve such a check we have to spend it on more supplies to keep working for them,
They now owe us $3800 dollars and guess what they are sending us a check for $175.00 what a slap in the face.
I went to the property manager and asked her about a payment and she said we should get a check for 175.00
What about the rest of the 3600.00, Well I decided to call Stealing and ask them about the rest of the money and they said there was no other invoices turned in to them from Deanna (the property manager)
So I preceded to call Deanna back and she got really rude with me and said the invoices have been turned in and That I should not go over her head, and If thats the way I was gonna do business than maybe we shouldn't do business together, Well Dahhhhhhhh, I told her you are right we can not do his anymore, So yes we will not be returning, So I called Corperate back and told them what she had said and she Kathy (at Corprate) said that if Deanna dont summit them (the invoices) she dont know how we will get paid.
Unless The district manager can do something, We have also had a number of bounced checks from this company causeing major proublems for us, WE need help does anyone have any advise??? Should I call Ruth to the rescue or just file a lawsuit againts this company? I understand that its not corperates fault this is happening but the poor management skills of the Property Manager,
We also do other work for another Property by the same owners, But we get paid every month like clock work from them. So that just tells me that its the propery managers proublem that this has happened, Can Someone Please Help Us to Try To Figure out how we can get our money.
