I chose this company to be my propery manager. First few months was going okay then all of a sudden the tenants that were occupying the house was not paying their rent. I asked the property manager to evict them. Only to find out that the tenants were paying rent to the propery manager. It was the property manager not paying rent to me!
Property manager ran away with at least 10,000 dollars stolen from various people. Beware of a realty company that is new in town. I cannot remember the lady's last name but her first name was Teresa. She was an attractive blonde in her mid to late 30's. Hope this helps someone not to end up in the situation I am in.
