Ripoff! It took over two months before the order was received I was charged for a double order then emailed them received no response

I seen the commercial for these space saving bags
that would end my terrible problem with storage!
I called, and was offered a Double your order for the same S/H, and accepted. The original offer being, 7 bags for $19.95 with a bonus! BUT, if you act now, you could receive double for $39.95 plus same S/h! I was charged over $59.00 on my c.C. Over two months ago, and then finally received the order only to find they sent me the # of bags for the $19.95 offer! I e mailed them twice, yet have not received any response. I have not even tried them out yet, but the description I read here in the previous report filed, definitely fits! I do not want to even try them out, as I did not receive what I had paid for, and intend to send them back for my claim.
I can not understand why a company would not call or answer an e mail, in attempts to right a wrong, or even to correct a mistake! That leaves me weary in itself! This is wrong! Hopefully, I will hear back from them soon. I will keep you posted!
