John, I'll start by saying how nice it was to meet you personally at your office. My wife and I were impressed with your hospitality knowledge, and casual demeanor. Your shop was still being set up and I'm sure you"re now pleased in your new digs. Now to my watch. When I received it back from you I was completely satisfied. You may remember it is of 1964 vintage. I showed you the estimate I received from Rolex and you immediately doubted the watch needed the amount of repairs to which they referred. Without going into actual numbers, you completely repaired and serviced my Rolex at a cost of 1/3 to 1/6 of what they were charging, depending on which of their estimates is used. The Rolex runs fine and looks great. You can be assured that if it is ever again in need of "hospitalization" in the future, it will be coming to you. Thanks again, Jim Carroll, Cape Coral Fl.
