Talks a good game over the phone, but the customer service and follow through stops there.
Quoted a reasonable price over the phone, ended up being double the amount. Promised a complimentary call once the watch arrived, but instead I had to call him and the watch had delivered and was sitting over a week. Excuse was Rolex factory for parts was closed.
Does not answer emails and rarely returns calls when promised. Watch arrived back a few weeks later and seconds hand was loose and swinging. Excuse was it must have broke in transit. Has agreed to repair but I'm highly suspect of service and repair. Will never use again.
