Over the past 3 years I have sent 4 watches to John E Brozek at QualityTyme.net for repair and restoration. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and the knowledge Mr Brozek displays. He has always been professional and courteous over the phone and emails. Again, I have sent him several watches over the years and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and associates. I too own an Internet-based company and know all too well how easy it is for competitors to post bogus reviews on websites like this. It really is a shame because John is an honest business man and it only takes a couple minutes on the phone to realize that Rolex watches are his passion.
