I recently sent a 1979 Rolex Date SS/Gold Watch to Qulaity Tyme for repair. I called the company ahead of the shipment and talked with the owner who was very knowledgeable about the possible causes of my problem. I shipped the watch and received the notice of arrival and then got a call with estimate of repair. His original diagnosis was correct and he gave me some options for a few other things that needed service. The suggested service was reasonable for a watch of this vintage and I agreed to have it service. I received the watch back within the expected time and it looks and runs like a new watch. Very Satisfied with my service from Quality Tyme.
