On Oct 4 I called about my dryer not drying and beeping all the time. I was given an appointment of Oct 12. The repair man arrived and said he had to order a new part. On Nov the 4th I called because I had not heard anything. They stated that someone was coming on Nov 8. No one showed up and I had taken the day off from work. | called again and they came on Fri Nov 16 to replace the part. The problem was not solved though the dryer did dry my clothes.
On Nov 30 I called again and was directed to Ken's Appliances to which I was told they had to order another part. It is now Jan 2 and now one has contacted me for a date to come fix the dryer.
My warranty ends sometime this week and I am really upset. I never had a problem when Sears had their own technicians and did source out the repairs.
