I had a three year warranty on my Dell laptop and near the end of that warranty my computer started to experience some problems due to general wear and tear. The hinge for the lid was becoming weak and the keyboard was dirty and in need of a new one. I talked to Dell online via chat who immediately had a tech support person TO MY HOUSE within 3 days! He fixed all m problems - very satisfied with this customer service compared to awful customer service given by other companies *cough APPLE *cough... Thanks Dell!
