This company is very untruth full and I would go as far as to say they are a scam. When we signed up we were lied to from the representative that we were signing up for a month to month service not a 2 year contract and when we wanted to discontinue our service with customer service they told us we would have to pay a early 2 year contract termination fee. We went to the store to speak with the representative that signed us up and he denied all of which he said. We then spoke with the supervisor and he told us that if we didn't leave he would call the police. I feel that this is the true face of SPRINT and that they really only see you as a profit not a customer. Their service is no good, the data is slow and they treat don't even treat you with respect. What kind of company is this?
