I bought a laptop from Dell, spent $1,300 for it and I thought I was getting state of the art equipment.
My dell has broken 2 times in 5 months and Dell customer support won't do ANYTHING to address it.
They transfer me first to customer service, who says, since it's been over 1 month, I have to go through tech support. Tech support says they can't do anything to give me a refund and I'll have to speak to customer service and back and forth.
I should have bought an APPLE!
Dell's policies and customer support are horrible. Although I wonder if any large company would be any better.
I challenge Apple to help me fight Dell! I wonder if they will? Or if they are the same too? Maybe Apple will be gracious enough to give me a new mac airbook and show how much better they are than Dell!
