Do not ever buy an hp product of any kind. I purchased an HP Pavilion Laptop Computer (DV7 Model) with an Intel I7 Core Processor, 8 GB RAM, 750 GB Hard Drive. What a piece of junk this is. I contacted HP Support on the first day of ownership about the problems I was having. The technical manuals used by Tech Support conflict with what you see on the screen when they tell you to do something and then they think you arent following directions.in a nut shell, HP computers are inferior quality, Tech Support is incompetent and outright dishonest. Case managers are a bunch of liars. Bottom line, dont buy a hp product of any kind!!!
