Treated with extreme disrespect and completely ignored by HP, from corporate offices to tech support.
Unbelievable. But I will not let it go. I have yet to be treated so poorly by a company.
HP Pavilion dv6550_us laptop DOES have connection problems. Corporate told me in these exact words... The bottom line is, do what you want but in the event you choose to send the laptop in, you will foot the bill, and then I was hung up on.
