I was unable to get on the internet. Last night, march 11, after paying $169.99, I spent 2.5 hours on the phone while the tech tried to figure out what was wrong. He finally said he thought I needed a new lan card and he could no longer help me. I took it to my local Staples today and within 15 min. He did a rollback of the driver and it was fixed. I feel like I was cheated out of my hard-earned money and I would like a full refund. I'm not saying your tech didn't try but obviously he isn't well trained if a small time tech could figure it out that quickly. I am very disappointed in your technical service.
