I was 58 years old when I called, and am just getting ready to celebrate my 80th birthday and am still on hold. The reason I bought this crappy laptop was because of the 24/7 tech support. I called for the first time and received an answer 15 minutes after being on hold. The person could barely speak English, and told me he couldn't help me, that I needed to download the driver for Windows 8. Hung up, downloaded the driver, still not working. Called back and have spent the last 37 minutes on hold and listening to how great HP tech support is, and "thank you for your patience". Worst mistake I've made in a very long time. Stay away from hp products!!!
