I purchased a program called Top DVD Clone from these people. The program would not work from first install.
I contacted thier online support, the tech was not able to solve the problem. I then called the company and tech support told me to delete and reinstall the program. That didn't work either.
The company told me to go back to online support. I went back to online support and the tech had me download a newer version. That didn't work. I went back to the live online tech and the tech said that all computers were different and they needed several days to figure this out. I asked for a refund. The company said they would not be willing to give me a refund until they tried several more times. I had already spent the entire day with tech support.
Their website states that they will refund your money if the program doesn't work. The truth is, they will not refund your money. They will keep you with tech support until you just give up. I purchased this program in the morning and was working with tech support until 11:00 PM. Will not refund my money. Ripped Off
