I purchased a new all-in-one Pavilion it has Home Windows 7 Premium on it. I
Tried to get it to work could not use a USB connection and coud not listen to CD's while obn-line, etc.
I spent time on the program to update hardware and software and it didn';t help at all. I called the number in my booklet and was put on hold and fillnally gave up getting any resolution. I called and did a chat on-line with a tech from HP and she had me trying things then I ask a coupkle of questions and she closed the chat window.

to correct the issue, so I hired a tech to come and fix the problem. I will not in the future buy HP products nor
will I recommend to friends or family the puchasing of HP products. I am very diappointed in the quality and the support.
