Unable to fill new prescriptions. Last time took almost three months of my Dr calling in the same prescription to be refilled. Once again, two prescriptions were called in. The refill one was shipped but they claim to never have received the new prescription. Three weeks later my Dr has once AGAIN re faxed the same prescription in and they have not received it. No pharmacy hours on weekends to help resolve the problem. Management and customer care workers not up to date on contracts from their clients to be able to resolve an issue either. Poorly ran business. Medicine should not be withheld from the customer like this.
