I have a prescription that I cannot get filled with Walmart without going through an act of congress. They have my name wrong in my system and repeatedly told me they had it corrected, but still everytime I tried to refill there was a problem because it was still wrong.in addition this particular med is not covered by insurance so I don't have my insurance info in their system. They would reject it every time because it wasn't covered by insurance although I ALWAYS pay cash for it. Last week I tried to fill it and got an email saying there was a problem. I emailed the address they gave me 3 times and never received a response. Finally I saw they had filled it, but not wanting to go through this again, I had the prescription sent to Walgreens for refill next month. When they saw I was moving my prescription they took my filled prescription out of the bin (I had already paid for it!) and refused to let me have it and would not give me money back without me EMAILING them my credit card number. I never email CC numbers because it's not secure.in my opinion the pharmacist just wants to charge my CC again — no way am I going to make that mistake again!
