On April 4th I perchased a brand new sterling steel refridgerator and a sterling steel dishwasher. I spent nearly 3,000 dollars on these two appliences, the refridgerators bottom door had rust, and the dishwasher didnt despence the soap or clean the dishes. Best Buy replaced the bottom door of my refridgerator and tried to fix the dishwasher, but they concluded after two months that the motherboard was defective, they replaced the dishwasher with a new one, the second one was worse than the first, this one sounded like it was going to blow up, didnt clean the dishes, and its very loud. This dishwaser coasted me 720 dollars and Ispent this much money so I could have a quiet dishwasher, it should be quiet while it cleans. Again I called Best Buy so they could replace my dishwasher again with a new one, because the second one was also damaged. They told me NO! And that all they could do was try to fix it again, because the second dishwasher was only a couple days old. I told them that it shouldnt matter and it made no sense, but they still refused to help. Still today I do not have a properly working dishwasher after five months, and Im still washing dishes by hand. Please help me, Im unimployed and my moneys limited. I made a sacrifice to purchase my appliances to last a long time, like my other ones did! I know that I can not get my money back and Im worried about these appliances, I have a feeling that I might have more problems to come, and I dont know what to do. All I want is a brand new dishwasher and some kind of warranty on these appliances.
