Bought a new KitchenAid Dishwasher on December 3 and all dishes HAVE NOT COME OUT CLEAN, NOT ONCE! The bowls and mugs on the top shelf come out dirty. I have no complain with the silverware and flatware/dishes. I've had 3 repairmen here and the plumber twice trying to figure out why the dishes come out dirty. Now the A&E repairman tells me that KitchenAid will NOT replace this dishwasher until 4 parts have been replaced within a year. The A&E repirman wants me to keep washing the dishes with the detergent he recommends for a longer period of time. If dishes won't get clean with one wash, why do I need to keep doing it? I tried several different detergents, the plumber says the water is at 132 degrees which is hotter than necessary. I've loaded the dishwasher as instructed. The fact that I've loaded dishwashers for probably 45 years I guess doesn' count! I want this dishwasher out of my kitchen and my money back. It has cost me $910 and for that amount of money it should do everything a dishwasher should do—mainly get the dishes clean. Someone, whoever you are, please give me a call and tell me what my next step should be to get this horrible problem resolved.
