We bought an extended warranty on a dishwasher in 2009. The factory warranty is now out but the extended warranty is still valid. After 8 attempts to fix my dishwasher it is still not working. What is the purpose of an extended warranty? My dishwasher hasn't been cleaning my dishes since April and four months later and a lot of hassle it still isn't cleaning my dishes. At this point, I want a replacement dishwasher not another service man.
