I recieve laptop-2-22-13— problems of the start-after trying to get person to understand english-they diagnose problem-needed optical drive-they wanted to send tech to repair-noway not on pruduct that is brand new—this call was 1hr 45 min—then another 2 hours to get them to issues a pick up ticket—pretty BAD-the thing is I'm not exaggerating-you cannot make this up&i ask for customer service in U.S. Cannot do that-How about a call back instead of being on hold n after getting someone-put on hold several times—they beat you to death til you give up&i love for a dell EXCECTIVE to call there 800 number n deal with there own customer service
