We bought a dell laptop clear back in March or so. We used it about a month and it went on the fritz. It would show a bunch of words on the screen and shut down. When it would re-boot it self it would stay on about another minute and do the same thing. We've tried talking to customer service literally hundreds of times. We've called them almost every day since and it is now August and still nothing has been solved. They keep telling us to do the same things and it doesnt work. Now theyve been telling us they'll call us back in half an hour and they dont, or they give us a number to call and no one ever answers it. Dell's customer service is horrible! I will never every buy a dell or recomend it to anyone. Pay $500 for a laptop and never even get to use it. Ridiculous!!! Dont buy dell!!!
