Unable to reach customer service about laptop

I would like to speak to someone in Dell customer service about my laptop.

I have tried calling and even sent an email but did not hear back. It's a bit frustrating given how much money I spent.

How does one reach Dell? I am hoping you will see this review and reply to me.
