Beware of this company!
I went to them last year after I had taken my car to the dealer to have it looked at because it was shifting hard. I went to them because they said that they could do the repairs at a fraction of the cost the dealer was charging. I took my car along with the repairs the dealership said needed to happen and they told me what I needed to have my transmission rebuilt.
I hesitated then agreed because my car was getting worse and I didnt want to pay alot of money.
1st Issue: They kept my car for over a week!
I had to pay for rental cars to get back and forth and they kept working on my car.
2nd Issue: They took my car to another 3rd party to have them work on it with used junk yard parts.
I owned a Mercedes Benz and they said those parts were that and they were not!
3rd Issue: They just didnt know what they were doing.
I owened a mercedes benz and they said they work on those types of call "all the time". When they did the work, they set off other codes in the car that needed to be fixed, then they told me that I have to take my car (paying for a tow truck) to take my car to the mercedes benz dealership to get it fixed... Which cost me an extra 1700.00 bucks on top of the 2500.00 bucks they were charges, oh and the 500.00 bucks I spent in rental cars.
4th Issue: They are Distrustful and Liars!!!
After learning that my car was NOT fixed after weeks and thousands of dollars. Since they had the report from the dealership saying what to fix, they choose to skip the repair that was needed most because we found out they did work on the car that wasnt needed and then tried to backpeddle out of it by saying "we never saw this report" when they made copies. I asked for a copy of all reciepts they had of charges they claimed they had done and oddly enough my customer file was at thier home, yep at thier home, so that bought them some time to get thier crooked buddies to print up some crappy reciepts.
5th Issue: Bad Accounting and prob tax evaison going on!
So when i paid for thier bullcrap service to get my car, they said cash or debit/credit card? I said debit card, they said, oh can you please do cash because if you do a credit/debit card, I will have to charge you taxes. I say to them, shouldnt you do that anyway? They said well just bring the 2500.00 bucks and you can save a few hundred on the tax we would need to charge. Im not 100% positive but Im sure they are not reporting fully thier bookeeping and Im pretty sure they are not being truthful with thier reporting to the IRS. I hope they are audited and eventually put out of business becasue of it. The IRS needs to audit at least the past 5 years on this company.
Overall, I have moved on and bought a brand new mercedes benz, i think this was a blessing because although i spent alot of money last year with this car, I am in a better car, home and job this summer so i got the good end of it all. Im sure they started out as good guys but somewhere along the line they became crooks. I started the process of a lawsuit on them but figured they would get whats coming to them soon enough, they are so beneath me and Im sure they are beneath you too!
Do yourself a favor, DO NOT go to shadetree mechanics like these people and dont let thier seemingly ginuwine demeanor fool you. All they want is your money, there is not accountability with this group, they are all crooks. Personally, I wish them all the best in thier personal life, I just hope the business is shut down soon!
