We hired Go Navis Las Vegas because of their 25 years of expertise shipping goods and navigating the maze of paperwork etc involved. We paid almost $9000 for air shipment which was supposed to take approx 7 days. This was back in July. After waiting months the goods finally shipped at the end of October and was unable to clear customs in Spain because the paperwork was not completed correctly. We asked Navis many times if the goods we were shipping would be ok and Christine Newmark in Las Vegas advised us that she checked with her department and this would be fine. We even asked a final time for them to check before shipping and this was in October and again they claimed it would be fine. We still don't have the goods we paid to be shipped to us and have no requested a full refund. Go Navis Las Vegas has choosen not to respond to our request.
