I purchased a badly damage 2006 Mercedes Benz C-230 cash for $22,808, 00 11/24 the day of purchase I smell oil burning and ask for another car and the sales person said she had a test drive and there was no oil burning and I was getting a $40,000 car fully equiped and if i had any problems i could bring the car back, however the entire year of 2010 I was in and out of mercedes benz of oakland repair shop for transmission, engine light on electrical problems all four tires badly damage that "they said was repaired" not true so I took it to a private mercedes benz repair hope in Oakland and they said "that there had been no repairs on the car" and documented the repairs need well over $40,000 and the car failed smog 2011 2012 and impound April 25 for no registeration and two tickets for no registeration because the car fail smog with engine light on and other problems named above and Mercedes Bens of Oakland refuse to take back the car and refund my money for repairs and a badly damage 2006 Mercedes Benz C-230 known as a (Lemon) knowing that the car was damage
