This is an unethical business; Eric had my Mercedes E350 for a month. I paid him for the repairs, not only did they not repair my car he kept the $2,810. I paid two months ago.
After he had my car for the month I found out he had tried to get it fixed at a Mercedes repair shop in Seattle, I contacted Phil Smart, they said that my car was inspected and a valve body needed to be replaced. I was told 1,800 to replace. After a brief moment Eric called me and told me to repair my car would be 3,600 (He already had 2,800 of my money and wanted more) I told him I know the price that the dealership would replace the part was 1,800. He refuse to listen. I told him I wanted my car back.
One week later I tracked him down. He claimed that I owed him 1,100 for work done. He then told me I would have to wait 30-60 days for the balance to be refunded. I waited and he never returned my call. I reported Eric and Sons Benz Connection to my bank and Eric made up a work invoice with a forged signature, stating he completed the work.
Eric and Sons Benz Connection does not belong to the BBB so there is no reason to report him, I will try the small claims court but there is no guarantee that he will ever pay. Do yourself a favor and avoid Eric&Sons Benz Connection at all costs.
