My family and I have gone to Pinnicle Nissan for many years, in fact we have recieved over 4 cars total from them in the last 12 years since living here. This time my brother was going in to buy is first car. Doing this by himself with a $1,000 in his pocket he was able to talk down the dealership an extra $1,500 as well as have the car financed with 4.75% interest rate! Great, right? WRONG!
The next week, my brother recieved a call from them expressing that he needed to RETURN the car. Yes, RETURN THE CAR back to the dealership because the loan wasn't approved. Why would you let someone into your dealership, buy a car, sign papers, do checks on them, tell them everything is great and ok have them leave with the car and then ask for the car back?! My family and I went in that week to talk to associate that sold him the car.in the mist of that conversation John came over and tried to make us happy. Apparently what had happened is that they sent the loan information to the wrong bank. John was going to personally call us to tell my brother that everything would be taken care of and he would personally oversee it.
The next week didn't hear anything. About a week an a half later John calls and says that there is something wrong with the loan information and Nissan would have to raise his interest rate to 5.75%. Again, my family and I went in we talked to John as well as talking to Steve Clark who apparently is the right hand man in the Fiance department. He was able to pull some strings left the interest at 5.75% BUT he needed to put down an extra $2,000. Because we all knew he loved that car my mom put down $1,000 and I put down $1,000. Everything is perfect and solved right? WRONG!
A couple of weeks later, my brother gets a call from Nissan there is something wrong with the loan again! This time they raised the interest rate to 12.75% with another $2,000 down! We knew he loved the car so my mom put another $2,000 down. Everything is perfect and the world is a better place right? WRONG!
This is the 4TH TIME we will be going into Pinnicle Nissan. He needed to come down to the dealership to get his loan papers and sign paper work. This time (remind you this is a couple of weeks later) they raised the interest rate again to 24%!!! I don't know about you but Pinnicle Nissan is a ripoff!!!
